Late on Friday, CBP issued an Interim ACE Drawback Guidance document (here) which details the process for filing drawback in ACE starting February 24, 2018. Information in this document specifically addresses both core (current) drawback filings and TFTEA drawback. We are currently analyzing the document in its entirety and will provide our findings and suggestions in the coming weeks as additional details emerge. In the meantime, we encourage you to review this document and speak with your drawback provider about what it means for your drawback program.
