This morning CSMS #18-000737 (here) was distributed, releasing the final regulations for TFTEA drawback. The 500 page document includes responses to the 92 comments that were submitted during the NPRM process by the trade. Our team at Comstock and Holt is actively reviewing the entire document and we will be issuing our observations and notes in another publication in the coming days. In the meantime, please review the document and let us know if you have immediate concerns or questions.
