Our systems are fully computerized and our custom built software is programmed to claim 100% of any eligible drawback. If there are any
minimum levels established, they are at a claimant's request only. We constantly analyze the data we receive to discover additional drawback
opportunities, and we schedule periodic meetings to discuss the drawback program with the claimant to pursue avenues for expansion into
additional product lines, vendor-sourced materials and products and corporate changes such as acquisitions and mergers. All drawback
software is written in-house by our programming staff and is customized for each individual client. We are also able to interface with software such as Excel
and Access.
